Expiring support
astraia - software for women's health 1.22 was released on 8th December 2011.
Support for the following older astraia version will expire as follows:
- December 31, 2012 for versions 1.21
- August 31, 2011 for versions 1.20.1
- January 31, 2011 for versions 1.20.0
- all older version are no longer supported
Software Maintenance Agreement
We encourage all our customers to sign a software maintenance agreement contract. The contract ensures not only fast and efficient help by our knowledgeable service and support team in case of trouble shooting or questions or concerns but also regular updates of your astraia software versions, which happens approximately twice a year. This way your astraia programs are always kept up to date on the newest scientific research and your application functions are continuously updated.
