Please contact us in case you require support or have any further questions about your astraia product.

Answers to many commonly asked questions are available on the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section on our website. Please check there first as your query might already have been answered.

If you can’t find what you’re looking for in the FAQs we are of course happy to help. Please complete the contact form below, outlining your question or problem. In order to respond as quickly as possible we ask you to provide some specific pieces of information which you will find in your astraia programme. Select Help and then About... in the horizontal menu bar at the top of your screen. A dialogue box will appear with all the necessary information:

  • astraia version (in the first line of the Help – About...)
  • database information: db vendor name, db vendor version
  • name of your operating system (you will find this under the abbreviation OS, i.e. Windows XP 5.1)
  • heap memory
  • If astraia is reporting error messages we also require your log files. Please click Send log files to email these to us directly. (These files do not contain any personal information, only system data which is generated automatically when an error message occurs.)
