Expiring support

On January 18, 2010 the astraia software for women's health version 1.20.1 was released.

Support for the following older astraia version will expire as follows:

  • January 31, 2011 for versions 1.20.0
  • July 31, 2010 for versions 1.18
  • all older version are no longer supported

In order to assist you more efficiently we require some of the following information which you can find in your astraia program. For this you need to open your astraia application.

Please click on "?" and "Info..." on the top horizontal task bar. You will find all necessary information in the pop up window which will appear:

  • the version number of your astraia installation (see top row of pop up window)
  • data bank infomation: DB vendor name and DB vendor version
  • the type of system you are using (you can find this beneath the databank information under "OS" (operating system), i.e. "Windows XP 5.1"
  • Heap Memory
  • in case of an error message, we will need additional information from the so-called "log files". Please send these to us via e-mail by clicking on "send log files" in the lower window, which will automatically open a web form which you can send us.
