Remote Access

To be able to provide our customers with best possible service and support, we recommend to give us remote access to your computer. astraia uses the secure internet-based remote access products from TeamViewer for maintenance and support tasks. Access to your computer can only be granted with your permission and data security is therefore granted at all times. You will be able to follow all steps done on your computer and interrupt access at any time.

Instructions for Windows users

  1. Please click on the TeamViewer icon below to download TeamViewer QuickSupport (Windows or Mac) and save it to your computer. To start the remote application double click on the downloaded file.
  2. Please forward us your ID and password to enable remote access to your computer. Leave the TeamViewer window open so we can connect.

TeamViewer QuickSupport does not have to be installed and can be executed without administrator rights. This tool is secure and free of charge.
